sidestick controller

sidestick controller
A cockpit flight control used on some fly-by-wire flight control systems in which the control column or the stick is mounted on the side console of the cockpit. Any pressure exerted by the pilot on this stick produces electrical signals that are sent to the flight control computer for operation of the controls. The same as sidearm controller.
